The Zonify platform allows a limited number of active sessions based on your subscription. When you log in, a session is created, and it is terminated upon logging out.
If you log out properly, there will be no issues. However, if you navigate away without logging out and then attempt to log back in immediately, the previous session will still be active. You will need to wait for this session to clear before you can log in again and create a new session.
Sessions are checked every 5 minutes automatically, i.e 22:05 22:10 22:15 ... etc
This automated process will remove dormant unused sessions so please check back shortly, once the session has been cleared you will be able to login.
**Why do we use sessions?**
Sessions are utilised to manage the number of active licenses per account. For example, if you have one license, you are allowed one active session; if you have five user accounts, you can have five active sessions, and so on.
Once you reach your maximum number of sessions, you will need to terminate one of the existing sessions before a new one can be created. This system is designed to prevent unlimited users under a single account, sessions are checked every few minutes and dormant sessions are automatically removed.
